PLEASE, I NEED YOUR HELP!

I really want to make an appeal to you who have read my sermons. I was very young when I was called into this pastoral work, and I did not want to disobey in taking up my cross to follow Jesus. Now I have enrolled into a Ph.D programme at Ignatius Ajuru university of Education, Rumuolumeni PortHarcourt Rivers State of Nigeria and things are very hard for me now since after my wedding on 18th November 2018, and I don't have any means of paying my school fees of #137,000,  (about $150 US Dollar) and to buy some books is hard on me and though my church is a baby station. If it pleases you to help me, no matter how little it is, God will reward you. Because of the challenges I'm facing right now, I have asked my wife to stay with her parent as to relieve me a bit. Please help me with any amount. My account number is 0009391614, Bank name: Stanbic IBTC, Account name: Fortune Nwaiwu. Bank type: current. Phone number: +2348034367982.

God bless you!

Overcoming the spirit of Delay by Fortune Nwaiwu

Overcoming the spirit of Delay A sermon preached by Fortune Nwaiwu on Wed. 20/03/2019 There are forces that are responsible for delaying peoples' blessings, keeping them from progressing, such forces are also responsible delaying some people from receiving Christ as their personal Saviour. With the help of God, those forces hindering your success will stop.  1. The Ethiopian Eunuch overcame the spirit of delay by receiving God's salvation – Acts 8:36  As they went on the way, they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “Behold, here is water. What is keeping me from being baptised?”   He had accepted to follow Christ but was not yet a born again because he was yet to be baptised. His baptism delayed a little, and he wondered what would stop him from being baptised since there was a river to do so. So being a serious minded person to embrace Christ as his Saviour, he was then baptised by Philip. Never you allow the power of darkness to stop you from receiving God's ...

YOUR KING IS COMING

YOUR KING IS COMING A sermon preached on the Palm Sunday !4 th /04/2019 @ A.C.F.M. Umudi Igbodo Etche Rivers State of Nigeria by Fortune Nwaiwu Mat 21:5 KJV: Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass. We are here today to celebrate and to remember a certain day our Lord Jesus Christ rode on a donkey’s colt to Jerusalem. It was a day of his triumphant entry to his church. I have a story to tell you. There was a very poor man walking in a street. His name was James. As he’s walking a man tapped on his shoulder and said, “James, you are a king’. James looked at himself and then retorted: “How can I be a king when I have no kingdom to rule? And how will I acquire the kingdom when my family is poor? Please do not tease me or less my mind explode with false hope. For you to be a king, there must be a kingdom to rule. There must be riches before you become a rich man, and you must have amas...

A BORROWED LIFE

sermon 19. A BORROWED LIFE “But God said to him, “You fool! This very night your life will be required of you. Then who will own what you have accumulated?”─ Luke 12:20 Berean Study Bible. When we gather for a funeral service, it reminds us that death is inevitable, it reminds us that one day, we will equally die. Having conscious of dying should make us to have a good relationship with our God because he has the power to destroy both the flesh and the soul. I want to tell you today that everybody lives a borrowed life. We own nothing about our lives, our lives can terminate at any time. We don’t know when, and where the owner─ the lender of this life can take it back from us. From the parable of the rich fool in the gospel book of Luke 12:13-21, we see that there was a certain rich man who failed to acknowledge God as the source of his life. All his mind was pre-occupied by the worldly riches. As a man who had enough crops, he planned to hoard them, store them up while t...
